Productised case study

RE.OS — our flagship, and proof of the playbook.

RE.OS started as a custom build for a UK property fund. It now ships as a real-estate intelligence platform used by lettings teams, investors, and JV partners across the UK. This is the case study — and an honest look at how the productisation actually works.

The story

A UK property fund needed deeper market intelligence than their existing tooling allowed — postcode-level comparables, yield analysis, and acquisition models that handled the mess of British property data.

We built it as a bespoke system. Halfway through, a pattern was clear: every JV partner the fund worked with wanted the same thing. So we productised it.

RE.OS now ships as a standalone platform with three tiers, a dedicated team behind it, and a JV partner programme for property professionals who want to plug it into their own deal flow.

What it does

Five capability blocks. Many skills underneath.

  • Market intelligence

Postcode-level reports on prices, yields, demand, growth, and demographic shift — refreshed weekly.

  • Investment analysis

Acquisition models that handle BTL, BRRR, HMO, MUFB, and dev appraisal without spreadsheet gymnastics.

  • Lettings ops

Tenant matching, rent benchmarking, void prediction, and renewal nudges built to fit existing CRM stacks.

  • Compliance + reporting

EPC tracking, certification deadlines, regulatory shifts surfaced before they bite.

  • Investor-grade output

Reports designed to send to a JV partner, an LP, or a bank — without rebuilding the slides every time.

Who it’s for

Three tiers, three audiences.

  • Watcher

For property professionals tracking specific markets.

  • Scout

For active acquirers running deal flow.

  • Investor

For investors and JV partners running portfolios.
