The offer sheet. One page, so you can quote a client without us on the call.
You sell AI systems. We build them, at a fixed tier, under your brand and join your calls as the technical lead. Everything below is what we would say on the first call, written down.
Two partners we build for. Pick your column.
Sellers who need a builder
AI consultants, automation-agency founders, fractional ops people. Founder-led, one to ten people, with real clients.
- You have
- The client relationship, the sales skill and a pipeline of “can you build X?”
- You lack
- An engineer. The n8n and GoHighLevel demos land, then the first real integration with auth, payments or an API stalls.
- How it works
- We build it at a fixed tier, under your brand and join the calls as your technical lead. You keep the client.
Agencies that run the ads
Paid-ads and web agencies for HVAC, roofing, solar, mortgage and the other phone-and-enquiry trades. Twenty to fifty SME clients each.
- You have
- Monthly contact with the owner, their mobile number and the reporting that shows the enquiry arrived.
- You lack
- Anything past the form. Nobody answers at 9pm, the missed call is never texted back and the enquiry your ads paid for churns from the agency.
- How it works
- A wholesale speed-to-lead install, resold under your brand, piloted on three of your clients first.
Priced to your client. Your margin is inside.
These are the numbers your client sees, so there is never a second price to explain. Your share is agreed once, in writing, before the first proof of concept and we never sell direct below the sheet.

- The kind of build that becomes a product
Every tier ships to production, with auth, the integrations it needs, documentation that matches the code and a handover the client’s own team can run. The retainer covers running it, changing it and the calls where the client asks for the next thing.
From first call to running system.

Scoping call
Twenty minutes, you and us. Bring the client and the problem. We tell you what it really takes and which tier it lands in.
- 02
Proof of concept
Two weeks, one workflow, your client’s real data. You present it under your brand. We are on the call as your technical lead.

Tiered proposal
Fixed price from the sheet. Your margin is already agreed, so you can quote without us in the room.

Build and retainer
We ship to production with auth, integrations and a handover that does not pretend. Then a monthly retainer keeps it running and growing.
Settled before the first build, not after.
Agency channels die on the questions nobody asked at the start. Here are our answers.
Who owns the code
Your client does, from the moment the invoice clears. We keep no lock-in and no licence fee. If you both walk away, the system keeps running.
Who the client calls at 11pm
You do, with a shared Slack channel with us behind you and a named response time in writing. When it needs an engineer, we speak to your client under your brand.
Who is on the sales call
You lead. We join as your technical lead, answer the hard questions and never quote anything that is not on the sheet you already have.
What we will not do
Go below Tier 1 to win a first deal, scope a proof of concept for a client you are still “talking to” or take a contract by the hour. The retainer is where the relationship pays, for both of us.
Speed-to-lead, wholesale.
Your ads make the phone ring. Then the enquiry lands at 9pm, nobody answers and it churns from you, not from the client. The install closes that gap on every site you manage, under your brand.
Pilot on three of your clients. Wholesale per-site pricing is agreed once, in writing, so you can quote it yourself. You keep the client, the brand and the margin.
- Chat widget that answers after hours, never invents a price, never claims to be human and escalates emergencies first
- Missed-call text-back within the minute
- Booking calendar wired into the client’s existing tools
- The morning handoff: what came in overnight, who was booked, who needs a call
- Per-site reporting so your own dashboard can finally show response time
Is this you?
Yes, when
- Founder-led, one to ten people, selling to SMEs or mid-market
- You have clients now: a case-study page or a post about one
- Nobody on your team page has an engineering title
- Your demos are no-code; nothing shipped to production with auth, payments or an API yet
- A client has asked you for something your stack cannot reach
No, when
- You employ a developer or ship your own product
- No clients yet: you need leads, not a builder
- You sell courses about AI rather than AI to businesses
- You want a one-off subcontract at an hourly rate
The short answers.
- Will my client know you exist?
- Only if you want them to. We build under your brand and join calls as your technical lead. Most partners introduce us by first name; some never do.
- Why publish the tier prices?
- So you can quote a client without us on the call. Your margin sits inside those numbers and is agreed once, in writing, before the first proof of concept. We do not publish it and we do not sell direct below it.
- Where are you and where do you work?
- London and remote. Current partners and clients are in the UK, the US and the Netherlands. Anywhere English-speaking works; we schedule calls in your time zone and protect build time in ours.
- What stack do you build on?
- Whatever the client already runs, plus what the problem needs: Next.js and TypeScript for products, Inngest for durable workflows, VAPI for voice, Claude for the language layer, n8n or Make where speed matters more than durability.
- What if the proof of concept does not land?
- Then it was two weeks and one workflow and your client learned something cheaply. You lose no standing with them and neither do we. That is the point of time-boxing it.
- Do you take on end clients directly?
- A handful, when they come to us and never at a price below what a partner would quote. If you introduced them, they are yours.
Got the client? Bring the problem.
Twenty minutes. You leave with the tier, the price and whether a proof of concept is worth running.
