How we work
Most engagements start with a discovery — short, paid, scoped — to validate the approach. From there we move into a build, usually 4–12 weeks. Most builds become retainers because once the system is running, you want someone who knows it intimately to keep it running.
We don’t outsource the engineering. The people who scope the build are the people who write the code and own the production runtime. That ratio matters.
We work in your timezone enough to be present, and in our own enough to ship. Calls are scheduled, deep work is protected, and we ask the same of you.
